Privacy policy

This website is intentionally simple: it publishes content and does not use tracking tools for user profiling.

1. Website controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with the operation of mozgrozmowy.pl is Małgorzata Mikołajczyk. For privacy-related matters, you can contact me by email at kontakt@mozgrozmowy.pl.

2. What data may be processed

The website does not use user accounts, registration forms, marketing forms, or tools designed to track users across pages or services.

From a technical perspective, the server and hosting provider may process basic data necessary to display the website and maintain security, such as IP address, request date, browser type, or server logs.

3. Cookies

At the time of publication, the website does not use non-essential cookies for analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes.

If such features are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Email contact and legal bases

If you contact me by email, I process the data included in your message only for the purpose of replying and continuing communication about that matter.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. my legitimate interest in handling correspondence and responding to messages. If your message concerns entering into or performing a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis may also be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Data recipients and retention period

Data recipients may include entities providing technical maintenance for the website, in particular the hosting provider and email service provider, only to the extent necessary for the provision of those services.

Data related to email correspondence is stored for the time necessary to handle the contact, and afterwards for the period needed to defend against possible claims or document the course of correspondence where justified. Technical data and server logs are stored for the time necessary to ensure security and the proper operation of the website.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about data processing, access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and — where provided by law — to object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated in the future if the technical operation of the website or the scope of data processing changes.
